Sandra Boyd

Project Delivery Officer / Enterprise Co-ordinator

Sandra joined the Consortium in February 2017 as Project Delivery Officer for the new ESF funded project managed by the Black Country Skills Factory. Her role will be to work in collaboration with local providers to deliver a portfolio of bite-sized training courses to tackle the skills gap in the Black Country’s transformational sectors.

Previous to this, Sandra worked in social and economic regeneration for 20 years which included working for a homeless charity in Nottingham, working for Connexions Careers Service in schools and colleges in Telford and to support unemployed young people back into employment, education and training. She has also worked for Telford & Wrekin Council in Economic Development and Special Educational Needs to identify skills gaps and developing training to improve skills for young people aged 16-25.
