Making a Referral

If an allegation, disclosure or concern is raised that a young person or adult at risk is being abused, neglected or maltreated by staff, contractors, volunteers or connected persons working for or on behalf of BCC Ltd, BCC Ltd will react immediately.

A quick guide explaining how to make a referral to either the Local Authority Designated Adult Social Care Manager (DASM) or Local Authority Designated Officer (DO) (for Children and Young People) can be found here. You must make your referral to the Local Authority that covers the geographical area in which the disclosure, suspicion etc. has occurred.
