PMO Analyst

£28,000.00 to £30,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience

This is a permanent, full-time role (37 hours a week), with benefits (including: pension, free parking, flexi-time scheme, generous annual leave entitlement and numerous discount at the local shopping centre).

As PMO Analyst, you will be providing support to the PMO Manager and team, assisting in the development of the Programme Management Information System (PMIS), providing guidance and training to other users of the system. This is an established PMO function, that supports a diverse portfolio of projects.

An ability to work within a set Project Management methodology is a must, as is strong reporting skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Project Analysis – Accurate reporting and monitoring of all reports, including: Schedule, Cost, Resource, Risk, Issue and Change
  • Leadership and Change Management – Provide PM support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders and organisational partners. Highlighting areas of concern, risk and opportunity.
  • Communication and Liaison – Develop and implement the PMO Comms. Plan, ensure all stakeholders receive appropriate and timely updates on project Status.

About You:

You will have had a successful employment history to date and be ready to take that next step in your PMO career, being involved in a range of programmes and high-level projects at the same time. Excellent attention to detail is a must, as is a recognised PM qualification. You will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of people, across all channels of communication, demonstrating high standards of performance delivery.

Travel across the Black Country to attend meetings will sometimes be required.
